Employees attended an Authentic Technologies Team Building Training.  Through the consensus building process the Team created a Bar Code Tracking System which eliminated missing documentation.  In addition, employees communicated effectively with one another; utilized each other for support and as a resource; minimized and solved conflicts cooperatively.  The team determined its vision and mission which increased productivity, improved inventory turns & cash flow, reduced absenteeism and shipped products faster. Executive Team attended Authentic Technologies Team Building Training.  Utilizing effective communication skills and the consensus building process the Team created a new formula in 6 weeks (by the end of the Training).  The meetings were no longer needed allowing the Executive Team to focus on other important subjects saving the company 1.2 million dollars utilizing the new formula.
